"This is the 3rd time I've been ripped off by these thieves! I know it's my fault for keep going back! The first Time the Binkers had a broken clip. 2nd time a fender had a dent. Then on Friday I ordered a grill for a customer that never showed. So we took it back today. They won't take it back because they said it was mounted.THAT IS A LIE! THE CUSTOMER NEVER SHOWED UP. Stay clear of these guys because they will scam you at any opportunity they have! UPDATE Please contact me directly and I will forward all pics and The receipts for my three purchases that I had issues with. I have purchased more the 3 times. These guys are so shady that after I posted my review they went on my business page and left my company a bad review. Google took it down as they was no proof that the owner of car parts Pdx has ever used my company. It just goes to show how unethical these guys are. I will be happy to show anybody my receipts and the grill that's in question. IT WAS NEVER INSTALLED."

"Very low moral stuff, very rude and unpleasant people in the office. you will get much better shopping experience elsewhere. If you really have to buy from them, make sure to check all the parts before you leave, they bang those parts sometimes pretty hard while in their possession. They bring you damaged part and say that it is completely normal to get bent, damaged parts from them,that what you should expect from large warehouse like them, they will also try to straighten damaged part in front of you saying “look, it is less damaged than before,”. If you take it, You will regret later when you discover big gaps on the fender, hood and it is not body shop fault. Bad managed business that do not care about customers."

"BAD customer service. I have been their client for many years and they don’t seem to care about their clients. They delivered the wrong part at my shop and I took it back to the warehouse to exchange it for the right part. The person working in the office was rude, disrespectful and with non sense explanations. He was telling me that the fender I brought back was damaged when I did not even open the part cause I knew it wasn’t what I ordered. After few minutes waiting for him to calm down he decided to do the exchange and when I open the box to inspect the part I found a damage on it, so I asked him what he is going to do about it after he complained that the fender I brought has a small scuff and the one he game me is damaged. He laughed, told me that he didn’t care and he is not going to give me another one o refund the money back. The WORST service ever with a person like him this business is going to loose many customers."

"Prices are good, that’s right but the guys at the front desk and the guy in the office whoever that may be are horrible, infatuated arrogant and rude. Don’t expect any courtesy when you do business there!!! Just to confirm my accuracy of my review, shortly after posting I got a call from the guy at the office to tell me not to come there anymore. Entitled, not being able to take criticism let alone try to resolve. Horrible, infatuated, arrogant and rude! Fully vaccinated up to the date, you’re not obligated to provide mask, true, but that was never the issue. Like I said, you have no idea of being courteous. Haven’t even try to resolve and find out you and the staff were never “in danger”. Learn some social manners, especially doing business with people."
