"They're offering a free Oreo cookie bar in the app, but they don't have it at the restaurant. So it's just a scam to get you to come in. There's always a really long wait, they always short you on the food, and the employees are incredibly rude. When I say always, I literally mean always, by definition. There is no exception; we have never received our full order that we paid for, ever. We're never happy with our order so we just stopped going. We've reached out multiple times about the issues, and never received a response. They've basically stolen money from real customers, so we will never go back. They're probably going to give a generic response saying that they're sorry and they want me to reach out, which I have already done and they have not responded to. If they really cared about their customers they would refund the money they stole, or make orders right to begin with."

"Ordered the most simple of meals. Took 34 minutes to get my food. And my burger was already cold before we pulled out of the drivethru. (I was a passenger, and the only order)"

"Drive thru forgot my child's chicken nuggets and only gave him a bag of fries. Couldn't go into the lobby because the doors were locked to address the issue, so we had to sit in the drive thru for another 10-15 minutes for his food. By the time we got his nuggets, my wife and I were able to eat our food."

"On Saturday, 11-18-2023 at 6:50PM, we went to the drive through of this restaurant. We were second in line. The car ahead of us sat at the pay/receive window for four minutes before getting there order. We pulled up and paid our $31.31 for two #6 meals without ketchup. After waiting three minutes we got our sodas. Two minutes later we were asked to pull out to the parking lot because our food was going to be a couple more minutes. When we pulled around, we noticed the car behind us just drove past the window and left. We waited another three minutes before our food was brought to us. After all that, I expected our food to be hot. Burgers and fries were room temperature. We were not given a receipt so I have nothing to reference other than my debit time stamp. We will never stop here again."

"I’ve been trying to get my order that I placed about a month ago, but I’m not hungry until the evenings. I work swing and I always check to see if jack in the box is open before going home. It never is, they don’t honor their “hours open”. I’ve even contacted corporate and have never received a response. I’ve sent pictures to the general manager, and last night I sent a video of it closed once again before 2am. (Last time it was closed at 10:30pm). Nothing is being done about the service, the hours or anything. And I guess somehow, they removed my last review, so I get to post a new one"
