"Very Persize on people's orders and take time to do their job, right the first time. The food is absolutely amazing and you have to try their frosties. And it's also the time of year right now if you buy a 3$ Keytag, you'll get free junior frosty's. For a year, it's so worth it."

"It's gotten better the last few times, but for a little while it seemed like the biggie bags were just stacked in the warmers for hours, at least the burgers tasted that way. But the last few times were pretty good and I'd give a 5 star everytime if those peppermint frostys stuck around, they were amazing. I don't get why it has to just be promotional, I could eat them every day."

"Every time I place a mobile order they tell me they are out of at least 1 item. They refuse to refund or replace the item. Then you have to sit on hold with the Wendy’s 800 number for over 40 minutes just to get your money back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, this it the only Wendy’s where the chili taste’s different and the beans are never fully cooked."

"Every time I come to this location, I have a bad experience. I understand people have bad days and are short staffed but when they are rude to me when I’m being nice and understanding that they are struggling, that’s what upsets me. I don’t mind waiting a long time for fresh food. What I mind is a bad attitude and every employee we’ve come in contact with has been rude and had a poor attitude like everything is our fault when we had been nothing but kind. We always wait a couple months to try again hoping there is new staff, but each time there is no improvement. They must have poor management here because it is a new location and looks very nice but the team could use a more encouraging, uplifting leader and it would be a great location."

"We got drive thru, kids meal with burger was meager if you compare it to another place like DQ or McDonald's. Fries as always are great, burgers great except I got the new nacho cheese burger and the chips were stale. Husband's burger with bacon was yummy. I always like how large the drinks are here."
