"I called in quite a while ago ordered up a couple hundred worth of filters by cross-referencing the filter numbers that I had on the equipment from various manufacturers. Most of the filters I got worked great the rest of them I brought back still wrapped up in plastic, but no receipt. We had a little issue but the manager was able to find the original receipt on their computer and credit me for another large purchase of filters. Small hiccup but overall great customer service. Note to other customers...for odd equipment, don't always trust the cross reference always verify buy application or save your receipt and return the ones that don't work for you a lot sooner than I did. Lucky she was there to help out! Thank you her and the other guy that helped me"
