I realize it’s not McDonald’s fault that DoorDash took 40 minutes to find someone to pick up the order, but they should have remade the order fresh so that I didn’t end up with chicken nuggets that had been sitting there getting cold."

"Went at 7:50 pm to pick up my Mobile order waiting at the designated number spot. I have over 10k reward points so I am not new to this app. I usually never order in Shelton. The phone app is the worst. The app keeps making the bottom tabs disappear so you have to close out and open up again. For the Shelton location, the order kept saying card decline even though there was money in it. There was nobody to talk to to solve this problem. I have to wait about half hour for it to be automatically canceled and refunded. I order again 40 minutes later at 8:30 pm. The same thing happened. I decided to use the Wendy's app and everything went smoothly. There was literally no waiting time or problems with the app. I order at the parking lot and then walked inside Wendy's and they had my food ready!"
