Starbucks

"This store does not follow beverage standards and managers are completely apathetic to fixing the problem. They will mess up your drink. Go to another Starbucks. Look, I get it. It's important to be inclusive and give elderly people like Friday with mental handicaps fair opportunities. But there are just some roles that are too fast paced for this, including being a supervisor at a coffee shop. When I asked her today again after receiving a wrong drink why she always gets my drink wrong her reply was "we make it to your specifications" despite the fact I order on the mobile app and the ticket is printed on the cup and doesn't match what's inside. When pressed further she said, "well I didn't make your drink," despite being the shift supervisor on duty. If your first inclination as a manager is to lie and blame the customer and your second inclination is to pass the buck in a vain attempt to cover up your own inadequacies as a supervisor then you shouldn't be managing."

"Just like the other location in town, constantly get your drink wrong. Employees: take the two seconds to read the ticket to get it right. Patrons: consider going somewhere else."

"Very inconsistent. One week I get a perfect drink then next it’s missing the extras I pay for and my hot coffee is given to me barley luck warm. All week Iv been having to warm up my coffee in the microwave when I get home and I live around the corner. Little upsetting."

"As I sit here waiting for my coffee I observed that the employees are working as a well oiled machine. They all are polite and consistent even though they are understaffed today. They always have a great attitude and coffee is always perfect!!"

"This placeis amazing! Their service was amazing and their so nice, their environment is clean and organized it is also really cute inside! For their actual drinks and foods now! I just LOVE their Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino, it is sweet and so yummy! If you like sweet, blended, and not-too-strong coffee drinks you should get that drink! Very nice service and amazing drinks!"
