"Food- it's a Starbucks. It's consistent and offer seasonal choices. You can get your usual and not be disappointed by the quality. Service- this Starbucks is in our local Safeway, which has excellent customer service across the board. Atmosphere- once again, it's a grocery store Starbucks, not the cool, low lit atmosphere of their original stores. No cool music or places to get comfortable for awhile unless you like sitting in a thourghfare for the restrooms. Not unpleasant to order and go, though. Drinks are usually spot on."

"the store is never open during its normal hours. this is the fourth day ive come in the morning and no one is there, no sign, no nothing just darkness. if they dont have anyone to work why dont they change their posted hours or maybe crosstrain employees from the store so they have coverage? its not like when another one of the departments in safeway has staffing issues they just shut down the whole department, no, they get coverage. do the same for your starbucks"
