"I had some maintenance done on a new to me (used) Chevrolet Colorado 2015. The bill came to be about $300.00 which I paid in full. The dealership, when doing whatever they do to reconcile accounts and bills, found out that for some reason, there should not have been any charge to the customer (me). They followed up with GM and was able to grant me a refund. I had no idea that the refund was due, but I get a call about a month after the service was completed with a statement that I had a refund due.
