"Just had one of the worst experiences at 7/11 I've ever had before, the employees were super rude for no reason I did absolutely nothing but ask nicely if the guy could cook my pizza and he had an attitude burnt my pizza which I didn't realize till I got home and was treating other customers disrespectful while I was in the store waiting for my pizza, also the guy cut way uneven slices in my pizza. Sadly didn't get the guys name but I do know he wears a fish hook on his hat."

"I'm a 7-11 fan, so I always stop in at a store when I travel. There are four stores that I know of in Grays Harbor and I've been to them all several times. They all get the job done, but this one is my favorite! They have a good inventory and always have hot food. Always. Some stores don't in the off hours. The staff is friendly too. Go here if you want the true 7-11 experience."

"The Chevron station only a mile before this 7-11 has 2 porta-potties. Which means if it was next door to me people might quit sneaking onto my property to relieve themselves."

"711 is the only place open 24 hrs anymore. Wish they sold Elf Bars. There lotto vending machine seems to be down a lot but friendly associates, gets busy at times but staff is good about handling that. Always clean, have never seen the slurpee or coffee station at the location on Simpson Ave filthy or gross. I wish they kept butter, sour cream and macaroons but also get why a town this small has had to make adjustments."

"although there is some employee turnover as with anywhere now a days, there seems to be a good staff trainer and hiring person. People with bad attitude or poor customer service skills don't last long and the employees that stay are very personable, helpful and friendly. I ran a restaurant bar and lounge for @20 years so I notice things many may not."
