"The food is great only disappointment was there were no combination meals. Have to order everything separately . This causes higher cost. A lunch for two,was over $ 60.00 this included drink, egg roll and chicken wings. But the food was wonderful."
"I was a walk in who ordered at 11:30 AM and was told my order would take 10 minutes. I ordered Hot and Sour Soup, Egg Rolls and Chicken Yakisoba. The young girl working the front counter had an attitude from the get go. Fine I get it you don't want to be at work. So I sit in the ice cold restaurant which most of the lights were not even turned on. After waiting 20 minutes for my order I went to the counter as I could see only my soup was ready. The girl came from out of the back and went "yeah?" with a really snotty tone. I said "Its been 20 minutes I need to go!" She huffed and said "Well I just got here so I am waiting for my boss and I can't make them cook it any faster". I said "You should not have told me it would be 10 minutes. If you had said it would be 20 or more I would have reconsidered ordering, thats all I am saying". Again she had a snotty reply back to me and began bagging up my soup. Finally a few minutes later the rest was ready. I said thank you and left and told her she should check her attitude. I get back to work and finally am able to dive into the soup and egg rolls. Egg rolls were good. A little soggy from being oily but good. The soup....Not hot and sour soup. Not sure what it was they made but it certainly was not Hot and Sour Soup. Fine I get it, not every place makes it the same. This though was....something else. Third bite I pull out a big shrimp. I am deathly allergic to sea food of any kind. We are talking I could go to the hospital allergic. NO WHERE ON THE MENU does it say they put shrimp in it. Again, had I known I would not have ordered it or asked to leave the shrimp out. Hot and Sour soup normally does not have shrimp in it either. Sure, some places might add it but they usually tell you on the menu or when you are ordering. $12.99 wasted as I had to throw the entire thing out. The chicken yakisoba....Plentiful portion (Hence the 2 star review) but absolutely zero flavor. Its fine. I can bring soy sauce to fix it later. Needless to say I will never go back to this place. I am sure the food is normally fine but since they could have killed me and the front counter girl wants to be anywhere other than at work (Also she was back in the kitchen talking a mile a minute to the kitchen staff from the minute I placed my order til I had to ask where it was) I will spend my money elsewhere."
"We really like the Mongolian Beef. Today we tried the Hot and Spicy soup. We were impressed. Delicious and loaded with all kinds of ingredients. It was such a big bowl we had leftovers for dinner."
"The Teriyaki chicken and rice were both very good and a large portion! I highly recommended! The almond chicken sauce had great flavor. The chicken was dry and the smaller pieces were so dry that they were hard and no amount of sauce made it edible. The chicken chow mein was a disappointment of mostly over cooked noodles and had no flavor at all! When I paid it was noicible that the prices they charged are higher than the prices on the menu online that I ordered from. The picture shows how much is being thrown away. Sad!"
"This is the tin foil wrapped burger at an Arco version of Chinese food. All of it seems to be prepared with a shrug and a good enough attitude. I got the spicy chicken lunch special but was unknowingly boosted to the more expensive dinner portion without being asked. The chicken was okay. The rice tasted soapy. The salad was oxidizing and turning red from sitting in a fridge for so long. I got an order of fries which were decent. Who doesn't like breaded French fries though? I only came here because of a grocery trip and the place by Safeway was closed. Skip it."
