"First time we went we weren’t impressed, things were still kinda shut down from the pandemic so had to pickup and take home. We decided to give it another try and are glad we did! The food was very good. Drinks were just okay (weak but tasty ). Service was perfect and the ambiance was comfortable. Great little spot for lunch in Westport."
"This place is so good! The pulled pork and garlic chicken combo is outstanding! The mac & cheese, fries, sweet tea, and corn muffin were the perfect addition to the combo. The prices were so cheap for the quality and quantity of food! The atmosphere is cute, clean, and friendly. Love this place!"
"Took family out to lunch and the staff was fantastic. Patient with us as we took time figuring out what we wanted. Food was served quickly, it was fresh and delicious and the staff even took a photo of our group for us! If you're thirsty for an adult beverage, the Alabama Slammer is sure winner and the strawberry lemonade is a scrumptious alternative."
"The entrees were delicious: The garlic chicken and the kalua pork were smoky and tender. The platter came with 2 scoops of rice, a scoop of macaroni salad or coleslaw, and a corn muffin. The sides were ok, but the corn muffin was tasteless. There was a small part of a piece of garlic chicken that looked a little undercooked. There was a big tent next to the restaurant where diners could eat in, too. Overall, if I return to this restaurant again, I would ask to have the chicken well done."
"They are short staffed, like everywhere, so it took a really long time to order with two families in front of us, but the staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was good. If you personalize your order or swap anything out from standard, just be sure to state exactly what you don't want and what you do. I just wanted to swap the type of coleslaw and it came out without anything else that came on the meal either and had to ask for those things, even though they weren't part of the coleslaw."
