"My favorite place to stop for Burgers, fries and a milkshake!! The Fat Smitty burger is a BIG burger and not for those with a tiny appetite! Lol"
"If you love huge burgers that taste great, this is the place. Plus pin a dollar on the wall. Eventually they take them down donate the money and start over."
"This is a great place to stop for some great food for decent prices along with down to earth family style atmosphere. Dollar bills can be found all over the walls and ceiling which is donated to great causes and charities. When we arrived there was only 1 other vehicle in parking lot but when we left it was full as it's very popular around the region and is a must visit restaurant especially for those who hike one of the many trails located around the area. We had the fat Smitty burger and fish and chips which was worth every cent. Milkshakes are top notch and absolutely delicious. We drove 60 miles to eat there and will be back in the near future. The waitress was fabulous and very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Make sure to grab something extra for later and don't forget to leave your mark by donation a dollar (or more) with your personalized message for the charities it will be donated to."
"A Veterans old school burger dive in the PNW. Really great burger and I'll say the largest we've ever eaten. Their specialty sauce is thousand island for those wondering what they put on. The disappointment was there fried food. The menu made it sound like homedone fries and onion rings. Not the case, the ones served were prior frozen and not cooked well. Very greasy and burned. A disappointment when you pay for burger and fries. Probably will not be back but the experience was an interesting one. The Veteran memorabilia was phenomenal. The place is literally covered in USMC, USN and US Army Veteran items. The dollar bills are another big shock. I have never seen so many, but to be fair to all the individuals negatively commenting on the amount. THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR 40 YEARS. In my book, they can do what they want after running a buisness for so long."
"My husband and I traveled an hour and a half for these burgers and they were so worth it! These are the biggest and best burgers in all of Washington. Like you have to wash your hands after eating one of these big, juicy burgers. The fries are hand cut and the potato salad tastes just like my grandma used to make. The prices are low and this is some of the best food. Treat yourself to a home made milkshake and look around the room at the dollar bills on the walls. This is a cash only restaurant and there is an ATM on site. The staff are incredibly friendly and will tell you about the history of the restaurant. Drop everything and give this place a try!"
