"Sales team not friendly or welcoming. Tried to play a lot of “saleman” tricks on me. They low balled me on my trade-ins with zero wiggle room. Then they turned around and put both of my cars right on the lot for 10k more than they gave me the next day. I took the trade, because I really wanted the truck. Took it ver 6 hours to complete the sale even though o told them I was working and in a hurry. The salesman was not knowledgeable about the vehicles or their products. Every question I asked him, he’d say that he needed to go ask someone, and disappear for 15 minutes before appearing out front vaping. One month later, and the parts that I ordered with my new 1794 tundra (tonneau cover, key fob, window tinting etc..) still haven’t arrived, and I haven’t been given an update. I’ve already had to take my truck into the service department, because the subwoofer was blown upon purchase, and the panels were loose and rattling in my doors. They replaced my subwoofer, but didn’t even try to fix the rattling panels. They just told me that they couldn’t hear them. I just had to take my truck and leave, because the service desk was dead set on doing nothing but the bare minimum. Toyota makes good cars, but I’d buy my Toyota elsewhere. I love the truck, but buying from a place like this just makes me feel wronged."

"Returned a wrong part (Camry 2004 XLE V6)more than the expiration date and the manager was so kind and considered my case that the car was in their shop for more than 2 weeks. I got reimbursed and my car was fixed. More power to you Toyota of Olympia. Their services are fantastic. I would bring my Toyota cars to be fixed by them without hesitation every moment it needed fix. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer service."

"I walked in today at 7:30 am. Over 30 people here and nobody wants to help a first timer that walks in looking lost and confused. A bunch of white people don't wear mask while mandate is still in effect. I won't be coming back."
