"Worst fast food experience ever. I paid for my order and wasn’t able to get it. The manager was rude and no help at all. I will never go here again."

"This location is extremely consistent. I can always expect to pull forward because the hot n spicy isn’t ready. And I can always expect to eat in the car because the lobby is uncleaned. I’m not particular , especially about a McDonald’s, but come on. But what I’m really here for is to tell you how I feel about getting yelled at over the phone on New Year’s Eve. Our app said the order had went through successfully and the food was being prepared, and the wait would be 2-5 minutes. When I called in to ask if our order would be processed appropriately as reflected on the app, the female picked up the phone in broken English and with a demanding tone shouted: “we are now closed for the new year if you have any questions please call customer service BYE!” Now that was uncalled for ma’am. And I used my 3000pts on some fries on that order and that’s gone too. I earned those fries. Well, hopefully someone important will see this and get me this order back. It was paid for after all."

"Went through the drive throand they have a pool just around the blind corner as I pull up to the drive-through window to pay. It has been hit multiple times and sticks out. It damaged my brand new vehicle. I took photos. Talk to the manager on-site. He said he would pass my information and took photos and said the owner would be in contacted with me right away. It's been 2 weeks, and nobody has contacted me."

"It was the usual McDonald’s drive-through. It was storming out so a little bit difficult hearing back-and-forth when we ordered but other than that everything else was fine they had the bagels and the food was pretty good. They didn’t put ketchup in the bag but that’s all right. sometimes I guess you gotta ask."

"Typical McDonald’s drive through stuff they can’t get an order right but most of the time the service is alright. Comments like “I don’t run the app” when asked questions are uncalled for and rude though. WHERES MY XTRA MAYO or the lettuce might have well not put any on there"
