"Name says it all. The lovely family that runs this shop turns out top quality tea and coffee beverages as well as tasty fresh food and pastries. They’ve operated other coffee shops in the past, so they understand the assignment! All class, zero pretension. It’s the coffee shop this area has been missing for a long time."

"I'm stoked that this great coffee shop is part of our community, and convenient to Aberdeen as well as Hoquiam. The blended coffee drinks are made just right; the flavors never overwhelm the coffee itself nor are they overly sweetened. I had a Rose Mocha recently, and the whipped cream was topped with a few rose petal flakes...yum! I'm also a fan of their Orange Blossom Mocha. The pastries are freshly made by the owners, making this a must-visit stop even if you aren't a coffee drinker! Solid Coffee is a friendly place to hang out, and highly recommended. EDIT 2-20-24: I gotta say, Solid Coffee's vanilla latte with their house made syrup is the best I've ever had!! Yumm! I'll be back for more."

"This shop is the perfect sit down spot. Great for a quick work session, reading, and the coffee is very well done. All the pastries look phenomenal. The Morning Glory muffin is so good and the panini was great as well. Lots of options and friendly, patient staff make it a regular spot for me!"

"This place is fantastic. I usually drink my coffee black but the cardamom latte called to me. I was so glad I answered the siren song. It was amazing. The worker there was very kind. I also had a cookie which was a perfect match (ginger molasses). The barista's wife makes the baked goods. Can't wait to return to try everything."

"This place is cute, and it's exciting that there is a new close-by coffee shop. They have a small selection of baked goods in the case, and also offer breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. They don't have their hours posted yet - but they were still closed at 7:30 on a Saturday, and were open when we came back through around 11. There are a handful of tables for seating and there is plenty of parking. They use Blossom coffee from Vashon - that being said it's rough. It might just be the blend but we weren't able to drink it and ended up dumping it out. Really hope they try some new blends, and/or get their machine dialed in - it's great to have a coffee shop that isn't just a drive through."
