The gentleman at the counter, while unable to single out a specific dish due to their all-around deliciousness, did not steer us wrong. Opting for the brisket with sides of potato salad and coleslaw, I found every penny well spent. The brisket was impeccably cooked, a testament to the chef's skill. My boyfriend and daughter opted for the ribs and brisket, respectively, and both were pleasantly delighted with their choices. "My husband and I are visiting from Texas, and we’re intrigued by the claim of Texas BBQ in Forks, Washington. We were not disappointed!! My husband got the 4 meat plate of ribs, brisket, chicken, and sausage with potato salad and beans. I had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and cream corn. I’ll start with his plate- the brisket and ribs were PHENOMENAL. Tender, tasty, and seasoned very well. The chicken and sausage weren’t our personal favorite flavor profiles, but they were cooked as they should be and tasty. The potato salad was like a loaded baked potato in salad form- DELISH. The beans were also very good! The pulled pork on my sandwich was basically PERFECT- no sauce necessary (because it was cooked so well), slightly sweet, and extra tender. The sandwich was huge and the bun was fresh. My cream corn was very good, and the coleslaw was excellent. Coleslaw was interesting, it was sweet with a great tang to it- I really enjoyed it. Very fair prices, $22 for the 4 meat plate and $15 for the sandwich, each came with 2 sides. We’d find the 4 meat plate for around $40 in Texas. Job well done!!!"

"Great service and VERY delicious food. The meat is outstandingly juicy and tender. The sides are a perfect compliment to the meats. The smoked chicken was delicious. The pork ribs were falling off the bone, and the brisket was just perfect. The coleslaw is very good, as well as the cream corn and the smoked mack& cheese. The best place to grab tasty food in the area. The price is very reasonable for the big portion you get. We will stop by again when we are in the area. Thanks!"
