"Compared to the Monroe location I visited not too long ago this place was 10x better. Tables were clean, food was cooked perfect, customer service was on point, and they even helped my wife pick out what to order on her burger. Would reccomend coming to this one over any other location in the area!"
"My family loves Five Guys, but this location easily has the worst service of any other restaurant we’ve used. Our delivery orders have been incomplete, or a different order entirely on multiple occasions. The manager is completely incompetent and leaves his less experienced staff to handle frustrated customers. Then shows up after his staff have handled the situation to tell us “this is an HR problem and he didn’t even have to remake our order” and flat out said “nobody cares” as my husband was finally leaving with our food after a 25 minute wait in the restaurant."
