Jack in the Box

"I'm not sure how this Jack.In the box can still call themselves fast food. It takes over twenty minutes to get through the drive-through And it seems to be like this every time. I definitely won't be trying this one again."

"I ordered 2 kids meals and a meal through the drive thru were cold they told me to pull front and wait for them to bring me hot fries. They came out about a minute later and brought me fries 2 kids fries that were colder than the first ones. After spending $40 on food I am very disappointed with the service and expect to at least have hot fries!"

"I approached the building with caution "safety first", using my motorized wheel chair. My f150 easily accessed the drive-thru and the surrounding parking lot, however would not fit inside the restaurant. The menu sign was effectively illuminated sticky was appropriate given the darkness of the sky.. Ordering was the hardest part only because I couldn't decide how many tacos to get after that I had to decide what kind of sauce I wanted to pair with them..I chose "Good good" and "buttermilk House sauce" sauces. The staff was super duper and patient with my slow ordering process or S.O..P....I RECIEVED MY MEAL HOT AND WITH A SMILE! I'll never be quite the same... I'm a good way. 5teen stars!!"

"I went with my wife August 13th around 12:30 am at the smokey point location with my wife before going to the airport for vacation. When we ordered 2 spicey chicken wraps my wife asked for no pickles because it really makes her sick and when we pulled up to the window we heard the workers laughing mimicking her accent saying "oh no pickles" and then found pickles in our wraps... very unprofessional and insulting for a quick/suppose to be reliable treat"

"I needed a place to sit and eat. I came to this Jack in the Box to do it. Here’s the thing. The dine-in area was closed. It shouldn’t have been. I was there during the hours it was supposed to be open. It just wasn’t. The doors were locked. I was pretty disappointed by this because I needed to set my laptop on a table while I ate. I ended up needing to go somewhere else."
