"Guess customer service is fading away. Everything automated. 3 or 4 employees behind the counter not doing much. When we asked them to cut our burrito in half so we could share, they were reluctant to help us..?"
"I’d tip if I could but I always mobile order and there is no option. The Taco Bell in my area is so bad compared to this one, they always give me the sauces I want, the napkins I need, and the experience I desire. They are always quick to make the order and quick to get it out. They have never messed up once and even if they did with the service they provide, it’d be excusable. Great job"
"I come here almost everyday for lunch and I place a mobile order through the app. While I appreciate that they bypass putting the order up on the rack sometimes I would really prefer they just put it on the rack. I often have headphones in meaning I can't hear because I assume my order will be put on the rack and I can just grab it and go. Often times someone will just yell out at me which I then take out my earbuds because I can't hear them. This creates an awkward experience. If you're moving to automated orders in kiosk and mobile only then please just put it on the rack. I can see it and I will grab it. By calling me out to try and be helpful you're actually disrupting my experience. My expectation is that I order and when it's ready you put it on the rack and I grab it and go."
"This was a poor experience. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody bid me a good day or even a thank you for coming in when I left. This has such an impersonal atmosphere. The only thing anybody said to me was that now you are required to place your orders at a computer kiosk. You can only interact with a person if you are picking up and need to ask a question. There is no real customer service to speak of at all anymore. The attempt at Christmas decorations on the interior is a nice thought but the way they went about doing it makes the interior feel cramped and crowded. Nothing about the interior feels comforting or inviting and certainly not the employees either. If you're looking for just quick Fast Taco Bell food stick to the drive-thru. You won't get much from the interior when dining in here. Interior dining area is used for storage of overstocked items. This is not more than a drive-through stand now."
"just came through drive thru 20 min ago, it was obvious they were trying hard to be fast and I appreciate that but not when I get a broken taco. When i looked in the bag I saw the tacos as they weren't wrapped properly. If i wanted a taco salad i would have ordered that. Since you didn't give me fork I couldn't eat the broken tacos so they went into the garbage cause they looked like garbage grrrr...."
