"I currently live in Dallas, TX now and had to bring my Pilot in for servicing as my battery was acting up as well as my standard servicing. I was asked at the new Honda dealership if I service my Pilot at Honda dealers and I said yes. They were able to look through the history and see that the major servicing I had completed back in Nov of 2022 did not happen. My battery was not replaced or the terminals cleaned, though the work order and charges says that it was complete. When I requested for service, I explained to Honda of Burlington that I would be driving half way across the country as I was moving for the Military and that I wanted to ensure that my Pilot would safely get my family and I would arrive safely. I wonder how much of other services that I paid a lot of money for was not completed and said that it was. I will never go back to Honda of Burlington and will be filing a formal complaint."
