"Tapioca pearls for boba tea should not be $1 extra default. Add ons like popping boba or jelly, fine, but not the default boba! I ordered toffee mocha flavor which was excellent and tasted like a Starbucks drink, but the cashier didn't even know it was on their LCD customer screen menu. This menu is also not that clear on some of their other menu selections. I was curious about their milk tea milkshakes but wasn't sure where on the menu to look at those flavors. Finally, $19 for two boba with tapioca pearls? Not great for this mid tier mall boba shop. Big Orange, 50 feet away, remains my go-to."
