"Overall, this place was just OK for us. We had the rainbow bowl, which was fresh but lacking in flavor. It may have been better if I tweaked the sauces a bit. The miso soup was hot and tasty. If you are thinking of getting a green tea (cold) , don't! It tasted terrible. They should get a different brand. There are much better options out there on the market."
"This is the most staggering shrink-flation I have yet seen! During the pandemic, I would get a large bowl and have it packed to the top with toppings. They filled up the bowls so much that the toppings would be pushed up against the lid. Usually there wouldn't be any space for more things to add. But today I have received a large bowl with less food than a regular bowl was prior! I understand we are all feel the rising costs and most business have had increased prices or reduced portions sizes but this Poke location is just absolutely ridiculous. There is at least 25% less food if not more. Before they would have to compact my toppings to close the lid but now there is an inch of space between the top. Look at my pictures vs the pictures of users bowls from a year or more ago. When I asked if I could get a more full bowl they girl said it would be a dollar more per each topping. I am pretty shocked at this because although the toppings and proteins are probably expensive, rice is the cheapest food in the world. If they gave more rice as a substite for the reduction in toppings and protein, that cost would hardly be felt and is more honest way to maintain your profit margins. I am curious about if this crazy shrink-flation is in effect at all the locations. With the winning streak and rapid expansion this chain has seen just a few years prior, it is surprising to see them cutting corners so drastically and noticeably so soon. Maybe Costco Poke is the way to go, I will miss some toppings but my favorite ones I've already found recipes for."
"When I say I’m picky, that’s kinda an understatement. For whatever reason I’m ok with certain foods being mixed and others not. So, as you can imagine, going places like here pose a…unique problem. Anyway, I came here and told the gal I didn’t want it mixed and boy did she deliver. This was probably the most beautiful made bowl ever. I seriously cannot express how excited I am to consume this. So ya, 10/10 for the gal that made my bowl"
"Been here twice. The ingredients are good. Portions are a good value for the price. This is in 2023 after it just opened. Let’s hope it stays like this long term and it will be a frequent spot for us. The place is clean. One thing that is inconsistent is how the portions are served, in terms of appearance, quantity and the general appeal. We’ve had really good and average. Hopefully that gets streamlined."
"Enjoyed the great tastes and choices. Very quiet at 12:45 pm lunch today since we were the only ones inside until a few minutes before leaving. Clean inside and chairs are comfortable."
