"I don’t know what happened to this place but it has gone downhill. I believe this subway got new ownership because seems like they fired all the previous employees and replaced them with middle aged men. This is stupid because they all seemed like they were in highschool, they need the job more. As well as they were much quicker, more efficient, better customer service, and overall a better experience. I used to come in almost every every other night because I work late and did not feel like cooking and order 3 footlongs for my family (new employees don’t seem to follow the family deal anymore) and the previous girls there were always so kind and friendly. There was a worker named Cassidy who had memorized my 3 footlong order and it wasn’t a simple order either and confirmed it with e every single time I came in before I even said anything. It took forever for the new workers to make my sandwiches and I was the only one in the store…and they still didn’t honor the family meal deal. I have come in on weekends with my family when there have been lines going to the door and there was always the same 3-4 girls there almost every sat & sun working their butts off. They handled rushes well while maintaining excellent customer service. BRING BACK SOME OF THE OLD WORKERS!!!"

"Place is disgusting, the staff is not great and don't seem like the know how to make a sandwich. I live near here so I've gone a couple times trying to see if they'll get better and they never do."

"Went tonight ordered two sandwiches .they were Out of most Toppings as in vegetables, they put so much mayonnaise on the sandwich It is literally dripping out. It was not clean, they obviously don't want to be there. Unfriendly and spoke only to each other the whole time. Love subway normally but this was terrible"

"I might be dramatic but it took more than 12 minutes for him to make 3 sandwiches. He made it wrong and the sandwich was very thin which is rare for subway. He also wrapped it wrong and put multiple stickers on it. I never would write a review but I am honestly flabbergasted having to wait that long for a sandwich for it only to be flat. The girl was great she served 4 customers with multiple people and families in the same amount of time as he made 3 sandwiches."

"Clean place. a Appropriate staffing. Wonderful service from Cassie! She was able to get my app to work, where it hasn't worked last 2 times I was in. Great experience. Fresh ingredients, filled the toasted roll. Well done! They had enough cookies this time."
