"My husband and I wanted to try a new (to us) restaurant so we decided to try Big Stick Bbq. Getting there was a little strange… it’s in the back of some business buildings off of Orchard from Meridian. But boy am I glad we went! The food was SO good!! I got the three sliders option and my husband got the Texas Chees Steak and we added a side of coleslaw and bbq beans to share. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Will definitely be back!"

"It's hit or miss, seems like every other time I go, it's either mind blown amazing, or a bit of a let down. The only unfortunate portion of that 50/50 scenario is the prices don't fluctuate. When it's "on" the food is 5 stars, when it's "off" it's 2 stars. I'll split the difference and call it a variable 3 star. Is it worth going? Yes. Even though I think it's a little pricey for the small portions."

"Absolutely phenomenal BBQ. The service was awesome and I thought every employee cared about their job. We had the four person plate to share with brisket, ribs, pork belly burnt ends, rosemary dinner rolls, Cole slaw, baked beans, and pulled pork. It was the perfect amount of food for four people. Another thing about the service is that they only had five ribs left because we were there pretty close to closing time so they threw in burnt ends for free to make up for it. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough whether you live in Bellingham or are just stopping through on the way to or from Canada. (Clean restrooms as well)"

"Excellent portions! Brisket can be on the dry side and same goes for the bbq ribs. Good chew, meat is spareribs, juicy but not fall off the bone type. Love the pulled shredded pork, juicy and succulent. Good sides and excellent service."
