"My "Supreme" vegetarian burrito was AWFUL. It was supposed to come with rice, beans, avocado, cabbage, red pepper, lettuce, onions. There were THREE BEANS in the entire thing. There were TWO SMALL PIECES OF AVOCADO. There were NO RED PEPPERS!!!!! It was mostly rice, nasty wilted lettuce, and tomatoes. I angrily tossed the first half back on the foil after one bite. Waste of money, zero flavor, not filling without freaking BEANS! $10 for garbage. What a terrible business plan... Charge a dollar extra for added ingredients, and add only one or two or ZERO of them!"

"We had El Tapatio cater our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. So affordable, and so much better than your typical $50+ plated dinner for a wedding. We were able to have options for every dietary need, and they were able to serve 110+ people really efficiently. People loved walking up to the truck for dinner! We tasted 6 taco restaurants and this one was definitely the best. Highly recommend for a meal and even more so for a catered event! Thank you!"

"I read that El Tapatito won best of bellingham so i had to try it. Wow oh wow was i impressed. I had a go to Mexican spot in bellingham but no more. Had the $11 taco plate 2 asada and 1 pastor, beef was incredibly moist and tender the pastor was equally so. The rice was bland but beans and cheese awesome so overall an A+ from me and i will be back, can be sure of that"

"Solid spot. Stopped in after work and ordered takeout, taco salad and enchiladas. Great food, great staff, plenty of parking, outdoor space to eat- overall a place I would go again. The serving sizes aren't what I've had at other taco trucks for the same price, but this is definitely a newer, more 'upscale' truck."
