"Too be fair journeys is a bit too stiff. My shoes were worn once and had box and everything including receipt and they still looked brand new, you guys still wouldn't do a return. You guys need to change your policy asap because that's a bunch of b.s"
"I walked in about the time the store opened (Wed, Sept 20th). The salesperson (long brown hair, somewhat heavyset) was standing behind the counter and said "hi". I asked if I could try on the display shoe and I got a weak "yeah" from her. She never spoke another word. She didn't ask if I'd like to try the other shoe, did it fit, anything. Nothing. I was the only customer. I put the shoe back and looked at others just to see if she would say or do anything else. She ignored me and went about her other work. I passed by her as i walked out and she did not say "thank you for coming in" or "bye" or "im too lazy to help you sorry". Did anyone teach her that sales is the main objective of a store? She failed customer service with an F. If I'd been sent by the district manager as a pop in she'd of been warned or fired. She had no interest in helping a customer. I've had better service at this store. You lost a potential sale"
"Bad returns; pretty much canβt return after you leave the store. Bad selection of shoes; not a wide variety. Takes a long time to get a worker to help you when they do, they aren't happy about it, and you are more of an inconvenience to them."
"I mean, it was fine- I walked out with the shoes I wanted, and they were on sale, which was great. But I told the clerk when I walked in that I HATE shoe shopping, that it's a pain, and I'd rather be barefoot. So when she walks out with the shoes I wanted, and a bunch of other boxes, I'm already annoyed. Please don't try and upsell me when I just told you I don't like this, and I would rather not spend extra time looking at what shoes you think I should buy."
"The employee brought out 5 boxes of shoes when I asked to try on a pair of vans. She kept trying to sell me some real ugly converse. I've never been more offended in my life. She also kept saying "damn daniel" every time I tried on a new pair."
