"We love the quality of the ingredients. However, many recent orders have been messed up. We've had missing veggies or the wrong add ons. One time we had an entirely wrong sandwich. The staff are usually busy when I pick up, but it's always made in 20 minutes and they pass it to me when they can. My only issues is when they do not follow the very clearly laid out changes to the sandwiches. There's proof on my receipt, so I'm not sure why they aren't following the order ticket. If speed is leading to mistakes, I'd rather my order take an extra 5 minutes."

"This place has gone downhill fast, it’s so disappointing. Last time we ate in they were out of spinach, tomato, and onion. How can you have a sandwich when you’re out of all those ingredients? Opting to give it another chance this most recent time ordered to-go and found the roast beef sandwich had practically no meat on it. For the price of those sandwiches it’s ridiculous. It’s too bad, because we use to love coming here."
