"Phenomenal. Came at a relatively busy time on Saturday, but was greeted and given a seat immediately. I didn’t even sit down yet and chips and salsa were already brought over. Food was excellent, great portions for great value. Support places like this, they’re a rare thing nowadays."

"The tacos at Mi Rancho are really good! Handmade tortillas and molcajete salsa were the best. My favourite taco was carnitas. Not all the tacos are 1 dollar. Actually only one in the menu is a dollar. But it’s still totally worth it to pay 3-4.50 for taco. Really authentic Mexican food. Super recommended to try! The conchas are a must too!!"

"Big Mexican Restaurant with affordable prices and a colorful ambience. They offer $1 tacos and let me tell you that they do not skimp on the meat. I tried Adobo (pork) and Pollo (chicken). Both were good, Adobo tasted better than Pollo. They give you salsa and chips complimentary. Lovely food and amazing service by Wilmar. They also have a Mexican Shop selling meat, spices, alcohol, produce etc. If you are in Bellingham, this place is a must visit."

"What a gem. We came to Bellingham for some shopping and felt a bit peckish. Lady at Trader Joe's recommended this place and once she said "$1 tacos" we were sold. Thought this would be a hole in the wall with all portions, but no, they're real. And they're really good. Don't miss this place, it's a great place for good food. Nice staff too, kept checking on us, got us extra chips and were generally quite helpful. All the tacos in my picture. $10. Burrito, $7.99. SO worth it"
