"I love this bar most for its friendly staff. It's the kind of place where it's easy to watch a game, grab some good (and drink), and hang with the locals. I stumbled on this place one weekend and it quickly became one of my favorite watering holes."

"Great bar, beer super cold and served in cold glasses. Food was bar/pub style and everything that should be hot was hot and cold food was cold. Appreciate the salad being served in chilled bowl. The shrimp cocktail for 2.75 was a great deal and cold , crisp and delicious. Stop in if you're driving by! Looking forward to stopping in again, next time we cross the border. Staff provided excellent service and we're super friendly! Nice to find a bar that serves food and gets everything right! Well done!"

"(2/2/2022) THEY ARE OPEN AGAIN, WOOOPEEEEEE!!! Cocoanut Grove is the perfect small-town bar that could rival any big city "dive bar" wannabee. The young ladies (AKA "ONE", as noted on the receipt) are spectacularly efficient, pleasant, hospitable, kind and personable. This was our first visit and most certainly WILL NOT BE OUR LAST! The food is very tasty, priced very competitively, the varied menu and the evening specials are diverse and creative. We couldn't count the number of televisions in the space but were told it was in the area of 33+. Taking this into consideration this just might become our go-to Monday night, Thursday night or Sunday stop for any and all Minnesota Vikings games :-) going forward (sorry BWW's). We shared the cheeseburger with tots (excellent) and the Breaded Shrimp Basket with crinkle fires (the shrimp were plump and FRESH, fries were perfectly cooked). Having 14 Hands wine being made available just topped off our visit. Overall, if we could offer up 10 STARS we would! SO happy we found Cocoanut Grove."
