"Maan whoever made my my food tonight must've been high as the sky because I ordered a small sprite, regular chicken nuggets, and small vanilla frosty, with sweat n sour sauce. I received a very VERY large cup of ~water~ a MIXED container of spicy and regular nuggets (which were cold) and no sour sauce. Never been more disappointed:[ ever take a sip of what you expect to be an aggressive, burning, sprite and get hit with ~water~ I mean come on bro? Y'all, I'm so sad rn."

"This used to be one of the best Wendy's around but now it's a miracle if they can get a simple order right. It shouldn't be up to the customer to tell the staff what toppings the burgets come with. Staff is unapologetically forgetful. It's a shame and frustrating not getting what was ordered and paid for, more often than not now. It used to be so much better."

"Drive through worker stated "Please give me one second" then after waiting several minutes proceeded to cut power and not state they were closing. Then when we approached the Window to verify what was happening they all grouped awkwardly not wanting to awknowledge and pretended we weren't there. Except for one individual who just sat there grinning. Best worst customer experience ever"

"Best fast food in Oak Harbor by far! Being it is made fresh when you order it can take a bit longer. However, should you find yourself in a long drive-through line, it should tell you that it that a lot of other people have found it worth the weight!"

"This review is specifically for the food. We ordered the loaded fries and were told that it was “very good.” Considering it’s fast food, we were not expecting gourmet. But, the fries we got were almost cold. The cheese looks like it was melted in a microwave, which made the fries also soggy, and the bacon was hard as rock. Definitely will not be ordering that again. The only redeeming part of the meal was the Peppermint Frosty. Inside was clean."
