"I recently visited and unfortunately, it was not up to par with other taco trucks in terms of both taste and pricing. The food quality did not meet my expectations. The tacos were subpar compared to what I've experienced elsewhere, and to make matters worse, the prices were unreasonably high for the quality offered. Considering the wide array of excellent options available at various taco trucks, I found the offerings here to be underwhelming and the cost unjustifiable. Regrettably, I will not be returning due to the combination of mediocre food and high prices. For those seeking great tasting tacos at reasonable prices, I would suggest exploring other options in the area. Unfortunately, this particular taco truck fell short in delivering a satisfying culinary experience."

"Went to Beach Cat Brewery for my birthday and Chispita DeSabor was the food truck for today. I can't believe HOW GOOD the food was!!! Was so full and still kept eating because of the flavor. Will definitely go to their place of business again!!! Loved the food and the people working there were awesome."

Maybe it's because I grew up in Central California, where there's a large Oaxacan population, but I think it runs circles around any other Mexican food option I've found in 20 years of living in Whatcom County. "Very good quality and tasty. Three handmade taco shells, filled with nice roast, cheese, cilantro, and more in the Tacos de Birria. Comes with a cup of beef broth. Comes out to about 5 bucks a taco. Suggested tip starts out at %20 then 25."

"Oh if you need some delicious food this is the place. I love to stop here and get elote. But they make some amazing birria tacos. You get 3 tacos and they are stuffed full of birria, cheese and cilantro. You also get a cup with consomé for dipping. They also have Horchata, Champpurado, Fresas con crema, tamales, mangonada and more. Make sure to keep watch on their social media to see what special they have."
