Jack in the Box

"Just went through the drive-thru at 8:15pm on 2/20/24 and the girl working had no idea what she was doing. I ordered a boba and watched her pull milk out of the fridge, take the lid off and put her face in it to smell it. There was only enough milk to fill the cup half way so she went back to the ice machine to fill the rest of the space with ice. Awful experience and ended up losing my appetite after seeing her handle the food. GET YOUR FOOD ELSEWHERE."

"Everything in my order was wrong and i was saucless and i would know about that because im usually rolling in the sauce and i never get things wrong. The food i did receive was COLD AND OLD PERHAPS IT HAD MOLD AND YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT I WAS TOLD "have a nice night maam" but im a grown man?? and it made my tummy hurt! everyone was HIGH and the mic was BROKEN!"

"I ordered 2 extreme sausage sandwiches and a orange juice and received 2 sausage croissants and a orange juice. I paid approx $17 for this and got two much smaller sandwiches and the sandwiches i got were terrible. The eggs were over done and crusty. I seriously don't know what has happened at this restaurant. They weren't busy I was the only customer there. But this happens so much that is getting ridiculous. I stopped coming here for that exact reason....both accuracy and food quality. But think it is time to forget about Jack in the Box. The prices are insane for what you are getting and between quality etc there are better choices around. I miss the old Jack in the Box."

"I ordered from this place with Uber eats last night and looks like there was maybe some kind of mold on my curly fries. Regardless of what it is, I don't want it on my food. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you don't want to get sick."

"Drive thru was slow, had to wait over 20 min. Better off going to Applebee's and sit down, would have been faster then the "fast food". Only flavor of milkshake was vanilla, the menu was all broken. This place sucks for speed. Stuck between cars or I would leave."
