"I had a issue with my Volkswagen and the guy didn't look at me when talking to me. And the guy was looking at the YouTube videos and then proceeds to look under my hood and says nothing. He took out a part and never retuned it. I said why did you do that and he says he fixed it. No he didn't it. And he wouldnt give me my part back. I went in looking for help with my car and came out with a unprofessional worker stealing a part and claiming he fixed it. I'll never return. And that was my first time there."
