"Andgar was a pleasure to work with for selecting and installing a heat pump for our home. (They had previously replaced an aging gas furnace for me as well). The sales guy John, was easy to work with. He was great at explaining options, the all-in price he quoted was the price, and scheduling was simple. The installers were punctual, friendly, respectful of us being in the house, and communicated very well about how things were progressing. They did a great job fitting the components into the required space and having it look great. Cleanup was great as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use Andgar again."

"I have used Andgar for a number of years. My last experience with them they are not communicating very well with the customer. I had a diagnosis, supposed to get a quote, then heard nothing from them. I had to call them and try to get someone to call me back. They said the sent me a quote but nothing came through. Checked junk, nothing. Took one month to get a pump for my primary heating system. In my opinion, their customer service has diminished. Going to be hard to call them again."

They also looked at an emergency situation I had with my dryer and washer and gave me advice on how to go forward. I had not scheduled anything for that laundry situation with them because I was trying to get a repair person for the washer and had contacted flood mitigation repair companies. These two young men were the nicest young men I have ever dealt with in any industry. My husband has been going through an emergency situation and I am overwhelmed.
