"Had a fantastic dining experience at Mi Mexico last night with our table of 4. The staff was so friendly, I wish I could remember the name of our server, but she had a great sense of humour. She made us laugh and smile throughout our time there and made it extra enjoyable. The food was incredible, delicious authentic Mexican food at a great price. We were visiting from Canada and we find it really hard to get good, authentic Mexican food where we live. We will drive to Bellingham just to back to this restaurant. Thank you for the great service and amazing dining experience!"

"We have been coming to Mi Mexico for years, and have always enjoyed the food and service. Initially, all was great: fast service, many options, food came quickly. I shared this chicken dish with my daughter. Tasty, until she found a small black rock in the refried beans. I showed it to our server, who told me it was "a piece of an avacado pit" (which it was not) and she would show her manager. She returned to say she couldn't find him, and "they had a new supplier" of beans. Apologized and brought the bill. We were shocked to see they never comped the dish, nor discounted our bill in any way. Super disappointed in this total lack of customer service. Sharing this experience in the hope this doesn't happen to someone else! Glad she didn't break a tooth :("
