"My Cappuccino was as mediocre as the customer service provided by the cashier. I visited yesterday at around 1500. I needed to feed my baby so we stopped by this Starbucks and asked the lady at the till if she could put my bottle in the Microwave. Answer was they didn’t have a microwave. I felt the lady was really annoyed and bothered by my request. Her tone was passive aggressive for the rest of the conversation. Although Her tone did not convey any willingness to help I had to feed my baby so i asked her if she could give me some hot water instead. She then offered to give me some tap water at 100 degrees. I said yes not realizing she was talking Fahrenheit and not Celsius. I then saw her warming up some tap water in a brick that could not exactly be defined as clean and when i touched the cup she gave me I realized it was 36 Celsius degrees. I then asked her if she could warm up the water I had in the baby bottle and she said she couldn’t take liquids and repeated twice that their water is triple filtered looking at me like I was some kind of idiot. so this type of idiot had to explain to this Starbucks employee that water filters do not remove bacteria but just minerals hence that water would not be safe for my baby. I then came up with the solution of buying bottled water from her and have her warm it up. This whole thing summed up with the fact that she served other customers first Took me 25 minutes to get my order and some water for my baby that was waiting to be Fed in the car with my husband. Now i just arrived here from Europe where there is a big family culture and a high sense of respect for babies and pregnant women. The respect is so high that they get served first wherever they go and everybody is so helpful and kind. I was not expecting the same treatment I am used to but at least to be treated with the respect owed to a paying customer. My husband and I will be on the island for a while but def will not stop at this Starbucks ever again!"
"My drink hasn't really tasted good ever from this location imo but the food is the same as every sb this last time my grilled cheese wasn't heated all the way but I would say just a 3 star location"
"I used to be a regular but then they kept on messing up my mobile orders.. it’s nice to be able to order ahead but when your order is messed up like adding milk instead of oatmilk as requested and it has happen a couple of time like today.. once again I got to dump this coffee which was about $9 and the phone lines are left off. I’m not able to call for them to fix it.. also, idk for some reason they have been very extra on the ice so my venti was a tall. The baristas I’ve had were just rude to me so that’s another reason why I stopped coming but I didn’t felt like driving 3 miles. Now I’ve reconsidered as to why I stopped coming.. Once again, I’ll just go to the other Starbucks on HWY 20. They always do a great job.."
"The crew here was helpful and our drinks were as expected. They were quite busy with drive thru and many many app orders. I did not like the homeless guy sleeping inside. He was an a$$hole to the staff when they asked him to not sleep in the store. The guy was a real jerk to the barista. She was extremely polite and reasonable. The guy had done the same thing the day before and the staff member told him that she did not want go have to have the police come to deal with him again. He went back to sleep then woke up and grumbled to himself a bit with lots of swearing and then went outside for a smoke right by the door. I feel bad that the staff have to put up this kind of behavior."
