"Went through the drive through this morning with a line and one of the girls greated me outside at my window which surprised me and my reactive pit bull who barked and sort of intimidatingly jumped across my lap and half way out my window for pets and the batista was so kind-- she let my dog say hi, had a great laugh and was so kind. She took my order and by the time I got to the window everything was ready for me. The two batista were clearly a great team and made the best espresso I've had in a long time. It was such a great experience that it made me understand, for the first time, how some folks go to get coffee every day. The positive interaction was so fulfilling and the delicious coffee felt like the cherry on top! Thanks so much you two lovely ladies! You made my day!"
