"I love Wendy's food, this Wendy's has been amazing in the past (especially when April worked there). Now it's fallen off a bit. I would say one out of five times they forget something from my order. The people are great, the wait times are minimal and the food is usually good, just a little frustrating to get home and find out you've been shorted something. I hate being the person to check my bags in the drive-thru before leaving, which holds up everyone else, but I might have to start doing that. Still gets 4 stars for good natured employees and fast service."

"So normally Wendy's is amazing. But yesterday the person on the register was rude. This person should not be in a position to service the public. I normally don't use names but effy was rude to me and my family and was treating customers with disrespect. Even my children were asking why they were so rude. We will not be back until this person is in back working or at another job. Sorry"

"Food is fine, service is acceptable but atmosphere is trash because shift leads talk rudely about potential customers and can be heard from the front of the store. This: “well, we don’t start serving breakfast until tomorrow morning” in a snarky tone was promptly met with a reality check from me for the cashier to pass along - sometimes customers are curious about tomorrow’s menu. Obviously, since I was asking about a $2 discount from completing a survey, I was planning for my next visit. No need to talk behind customer’s backs, especially when the customer is aware that an associate is about to ask their manager a question and especially when customers are within earshot."
