"I called these guys to make an appointment to have an issue with my brakes diagnosed and fixed on a Friday afternoon. I live on San Juan Island and also had an appointment to get new tires put on my van in Burlington the same day and needed to get both taken care of with time to catch a ferry home and they bent over backwards to get me in first thing Monday even though they were short staffed and slammed all day. The prices were reasonable and customer service was top notch. The fact that they went out of their way to help me out with such short notice was amazing.
