"I not only want to leave a great review, but I would also like to publicly thank the crew at Alley Automotive for the care they gave me. I own an old Honda Passport that has been giving me fits with the alarm, idle, fuel gauge and rear wiper. They painstakingly diagnosed the vehicle then went to great lengths to source parts for a vehicle that the manufacturer no longer supports (due to its age and such). Turns out the aftermarket resources are a challenge for this vehicle also. After several hours working with my car there was a mutual decision to leave the vehicle as it was rather than leave parts in the vehicle that wouldn’t fix the issues. They did fix the idle issue, which was the main concern I had. I feel bad that I had brought a vehicle in that would bring them several dead ends due to its age and scarcity of parts resources. These gentlemen were more than fair when it came to settling on the bill for the attempt at fixing the old Passport. It was also very accommodating to have the owner of the shop shuttle me home and back to get the vehicle. They were very considerate of my needs and they came through in a timely fashion. I would like to give a shout out to The gang at Alley Automotive for going above and beyond for this great grandma who now gets to scoot around to baby sit my great grandsons with a car that is much better than before.
