"I stopped on Tuesday (11th) to purchase their Beef bacon. Unfortunately, they didn’t any. However, they said they would make a batch and have it ready by early Thursday (13th) afternoon. I returned that afternoon and Sure enough…., they were packaging it! I bought (6) pounds since I live (4) hours from them. Talk about great customer service!! Thanks again!"

"We took our venison here to get some bacon made. We have done this multiple times at a different butcher and have loved it. They assured us they do great bacon….. well that could not be further from the truth. The bacon smells bad and the meat tastes rotten. I then took it back within 24 hours and told them how disappointed we were as the meat tastes spoiled. They proceeded to open a packet cook one piece and said this is what it’s supposed to taste like! So they refused any refund. It tastes horrible and will now sadly fill the landfill. Super disappointed and will not be back."

"Ordered a large Prime Rib roast for Christmas and was completely disappointed. Fix one every year as a family favorite. Was the worst cut of meat I have every seen. Not a prime rib roast. Huge vein of gristle running down the middle and a large piece of fat running all the way across the end not trimmed off. Almost half the roast was waste. Their customer service was horrible. Felt attacked."
