Bayview Park

"Beautiful day, beautiful view along the south shore of Lake Superior. Quiet was, spacious path & interesting insights to read. We stopped at Culver's first for a meal then walked the waterfront path. An excellent place to bring the kids, push a stroller, walk the dogs, or just get away for some peace. The dock was well kept and the information markers / insights were interesting."

"I love the unique reddish tint to the sand on the beach. Beautiful views of Lake Superior with a nice sized pier and playground. Lots of parking."

"So gorgeous at 5 in the morning. We were able to enjoy the nice chilly lake air on the pier and take a ton of amazing pictures. We definitely truly enjoyed this stop we did. We love visiting sights like this."

"Great place to stop and take in Lake Superior. Located between US highway 2 and Lake Superior right in Ashland, WI. The park is clean and has a beach, swimming area, fishing area, long pier, lots of benches, lakeshore trail goes right through it, and it has great views. When I stopped there was a wedding reception going on there. There are public restrooms on the west end and a covered Pavillion also."

"Well-structured park with lots of fun things for the kids and a great view! There's a scenic path and overlook. Working/open bathrooms and water fountain is very handy as well. Plus a nice little pavilion with benches for get-togethers."
