Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the original problem, they identified some upgrades that would greatly improve the performance. They had the parts in stock and were able to make the changes in the same appointment. Having to work with several high demanding programs for work, I can not believe the difference the changes have made to my machine! It operates more smoothly and efficiently than the day it was purchased.
