"I carried out the inspection of this business, and the truth is that they meet all the requirements of the City. I tell him that I didn't know about the place until I got there. I was immediately trapped and in love with the place, all decorated for that special moment. I was used to buying my orchids at the supermarket, but when I saw this commercial place, I couldn't go out there without 6 more orchids for my collection, they have a great variety, very well treated and cared for. So if you are looking for that rose, gardening, or decoration for that special area or event, don't forget to visit this place. His staff was very courteous, helpful and attentive to details."

"I have never felt so belittled by kennicot team. I work for a church and up intil Christmas we had purchased our flower from them. Today they they told us we were no longer a customer of theirs and they refused to sell to churches. The staff looked like a bunch of robots angry with no expression. They attacked every word I said, and I couldn't wait to get out of there. If they treat all their customers this way I'm sure they won't be in business long. Back to karthauser for me. At least they are in it to serve the customer."

"I made the trip from Green Bay to Kennicott yesterday and it was 1000% worth the drive! The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Great selection of hard goods product and STUNNING fresh florals. A shout out to the supply guy, Tom, for the special attention and patience while I wandered around the aisles for 2 HOURS. "Called about wanting to be a potential customer, was transferred over to lady who "would be able to help me." when i got transferred, the lady was super rude to me. I had questions I wanted to ask but she kept on closing me off and then when she found out I wasn't a retail florist she shut me off right away even before listening to what I wanted to ask and say. As a potential customer, I would not want to come to this shop solely based on her attitude and the way she talked to me. She belittled me and talked to me like I'm dumb and that is not how anyone, let alone customers/new customers, should be talked to. She needs to go back and be retrained on her customer service, and should immediately reevaluate her kindness and attitude towards others. Thank you."
