"I have been taking generations of my dogs to the Pet Parlor. They honor my specific requests. They are always very sweet with my dogs. I'm always happy with the results."
"They always do a great job. Showing off the before and after Covid lockdown glamour shots of Lola the Cockapoo."
"We have been taking our corgi Dean to Pet Parlour for his grooming needs. He's always happy to go there even though he's new getting groomed. I can tell they treat him well and he always looks great! We highly recommend them. Thanks, Pet Parlour!"
"Have taken my Airedale, Jax for grooming and the groomers at Pet Parlor are fabulous. He's large and strong and they are capable of handling him. The cut is EXCELLENT. He looks beautiful when we pick him up. The groomers are very professional and experienced. I highly recommend them for your grooming needs."
"This is not the first time I've been disappointed in the Pet Parlor's services, but it will be the last! My husband picked our dog up today from his appointment, or I would have made them recut our dog's coat. It was so uneven. They cut his ears totally short - even after the last time I complained I didn't want them cut short again. The woman remarked, she saw the note in his file after she cut them! Why do you keep notes and records if you don't look at them before you do the job?! I also don't think they trimmed my dog's nails, which should be a part of the package. For $55.00, I expect better. I had to recut the hair on my dog's face myself once at home just to get him to look presentable. I think the only reason this place stays in business is because it's the only groomer in town. Also, it's tacky to put a huge sign by the tip jar saying 'It's ok to tip the groomer's." Maybe if you did better work, you'd get tips once in awhile! Here's a tip - go to grooming school if you're going to claim to be a professional groomer!"
