"Rescue operating as puppy mill. We set up to foster and took in a dog that had "issues" with another dog. Found out it attacked the other dog twice and sent it to the vet. When we said it barked and lunged at our son the organizers of the group took the dog back. The dog is still advertised as great with other dogs and kids."
