"I’d give them zero stars if I could. My dog has horrible trauma from this place. Down to the multiple times shes had a horrible skin rash, can’t be held by the collar due to how they handle the dogs and not listening when given instructions, even though they claim to have everything in their notes. I stopped taking my dog to the groomers in general after this place and have learned to do it myself at home."
