"Rude and unprofessional. We called to have our dog groomed for the first time. My wife and I aren't professionals when it comes to grooming, and we wanted to treat our pup to a good haircut. When we called, the person who answered the phone loudly and sarcastically announced to the room "Hey, does anyone feel like grooming a 9-year old dog who's never been groomed before? No? Okay." And then proceeded to tell us no one was available. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat the dogs in their so-called 'care.'"

"I tried to make an appointreally sweet older girl who's never professionally groomed but has been groomed at home. The person on the phone very loudly asked "anyone feel like grooming a 9 year old dog who's never been groomed before" and I could hear various people in the background say "no". Then the person told me they couldn't do it. Didn't realize that in order to get your dog professionally groomed you have to first get them professionally groomed."

"Took my Shih Tzu there for the first time a few weeks ago. They came right out to greet us. The groomer asked some questions, made a few suggestions which I appreciated. An hour later I picked him up. She brought him right out, he looked so stinkin' adorable. The cut was perfect and he had a little decorative tie around his neck. In spite of having to do things a little different because of Covid. They did an amazing job at welcoming a first time customer, grooming the dog and making us feel valued as a customer. We will be returning customers and I feel very comfortable recommend this groomer to everyone!"
