"Made an appt for 1:20 in the afternoon. Morning of, I had a work conflict and called to push back the appt. Got a voicemail and left a message. Also texted per the directions of the voicemail. No call back. Okay I understand same day changes are tough so I showed up 10 minutes early. Door is locked, no answer to knocking. I called multiple times and sat and knocked for 17 minutes. No answer. I eventually left and went to another groomer who had an immediate opening. With 4 plus options all within a 15 minute drive, I will not be going back."
