"Everyone is WONDERFUL!! Genuinely wonderful. I was immediately put at ease upon arrival after spending a sleepless night worrying about if they would pass and be ok in daycare. From Amber to Jordan to Alyssa to the wonderful woman who checked us out at the end of the day-both myself and my pups were treated with care. It was clear they knew dogs and their ways, and my pups would be well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this daycare to other pup parents!"

"We have a 6 month old German Shorthair Pointer with LOTS of energy, we bring him to dog parks and keep him very active and tiring him out is quite a hard task. With an indoor only play area we were a bit concerned, especially with a pup that wasn’t having 100% success potty training. He gets out ALL his energy out at daycare, something that I’m quite impressed by and important to us. Also, *knock on wood* the scent they use to let dogs know they can pee indoors has actually helped potty training at home. He doesn’t have the scent indoors here and has yet to have an accident since. Being an outdoor loving dog and hunting dog, no outdoors was a huge concern for potty and if he’d be able to play hard enough. But also one thing I didn’t want is to teach my dog unrealistic options of being outdoors all day. We do still need to get him outdoors to fill that void, but overall he’s avoiding the messiness of weather and not expecting to be outdoors all day (and did I mention the potty training help with floor scent). Last, the staff is super friendly! They clearly love what they do. Overall, if you’re looking for a doggy daycare that will tire your pup out? Dogtopia is the way to go. My concerns with the indoor only playtime quickly went away and became an advantage."

"They listed pick up time as 6pm on the app and then charged us a $25 fee for picking up after 5pm. We asked for it to be waived based on the app listing an incorrect time and got told “the hours are on the door”. Prices are high for the dogs to be stuck in a small room indoors all day. There isn’t a lot of space for dogs to run around and play. Because of the small space, the room can easily get dirty quickly with lots of dogs in one room and only one employee to clean up and watch after the dogs. Update: I spoke with the manager and sent proof that the app said 6pm. Still no fee refund. Also using the description “indoor park” is a big stretch. Let’s be real."
